Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

Payment Methods

At the moment, you can pay for your ordered products with any bank card via Revolut Payments, either at checkout or after receiving your order confirmation by email. The payment is made through a secure link that allows you to complete the process quickly and safely, without needing a Revolut account.

Shipping Process

We will contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email only if we need additional information or in exceptional cases to inform you about your order.
If no contact is necessary, the products will be shipped within 1–3 working days from receiving the order, plus the courier’s delivery time.

During busy periods, we may display a banner with a different delivery timeframe, if applicable.
Please consider this when placing your order.
If you have an urgent order, please mention this when placing it or contact us afterward.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Express courier: 1–3 working days

• Romanian Post: 2–5 working days

We reserve the right to cancel your order in exceptional or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified by email.

Product Returns

Ordered products can be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the package.
The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with no signs of wear or washing, and must include the original tag and fabric packaging.

If these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted and the cost of the product will not be refunded.

Return Shipping Costs:

• If the return is due to ordering the wrong size or a change of mind, you will bear the return shipping cost.

• If the return is due to our error (wrong size, defective product, or damage during transport), we will cover the return shipping cost.
